Have you ever dreamt of making your own furniture?

Maybe you’ve dabbled in some repurposing or breathed new life into a beloved piece with chalk paint. But have you ever made something, from scratch? My MONTH OF MONDAYS course will show you how it’s possible, with pocket hole joinery. You’ll learn all about this simple, and readily available method of joinery that’ll get you on the tools, making straight away! Without ANY prior experience or skills necessary. Guided by me, in my workshop in Brookvale, I’ll teach you how to safely use tools like a table saw, a drop saw, a drill and driver, the Kreg Jig, an orbital sander, a router, and the nail gun. I’ll also demonstrate my other machinery like the jointer, the thicknesser, and the FESTOOL domino; and give you an overview of how these tools are used in commercial furniture making.

Over four evening classes (Mondays) I’ll walk you through, step by step, how to use the pocket hole joinery system to build your own bedside table in a welcoming, friendly, non-intimidating environment. In my small classes of four you’ll feel 100% supported, able to ask lots of questions, and all in a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere. I’ll also explain how you can set up your own home workshop with basic tools and at minimal expense. Experience the joy, focus and connectedness that comes from building something with your own hands.

After our time together, you’ll leave my workshop not only brimming with new knowledge, but full of pride in your achievement, and empowered to continue your making journey. Not only that, but you’ll also take home a gorgeous piece of furniture, made by you! I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into my workshop.
